Commerceup Wallet Cashback & Loyalty program allows merchants to provide cashback offers to their customers. It helps the customers to collect cashback money directly into their wallet and which can be redeemed in their next purchase on the website.
What are Credits?
Credits : Currency used for wallet. (This can be changed according to your demand for enterprise customers such as cash, points, AAcash, Mycash etc) Currently commerceup assumes 1 credit = 1 currency value of your store. We cannot change as 5 credits = 1 currency value of your store, Please contact support for such request in advance.

The wallet is a feature exclusively designed for customers who have signed up on the website/ mobile application and created a “My Account profile”.
Cashback on SignUp : Once your customers signup on your store, You can offer them fix amount of credits which can be redeemed with their purchase.
Purchase Cashback on First Order : Convert your new customers into the regular ones by providing them cashback in the into their wallet just after their purchase. Give your customer cashback on first order in terms of percentage of total order or a flat amount of credits, This happens automatically when products are delivered and return period is over.
You can also set min order amount to avail credit cashback.
3. Every Order Cashback via Applied Coupon:
Give your customer cashback on every order in terms of percentage of total order or a flat amount of credits by applying a coupon. You can also set min order amount to avail credit cashback and other rules available in coupons.This applies only with coupon code and cashback gets credited in customer account when products are delivered and return period is over.
4. Item Level Cashback : You can also provide a flat cashback on every item purchase which can be used as promotion. Please edit a product by edit product -> Additional details and you can fill the amount of credits of cashback.
Once values are filled for each product, You can enable item level cashback from wallet settings.
5. Add Cashback Manually : Reward your loyal customers to provide them cashback manually from dashboard by adding credits in their profile.
6. Refund in wallet : Refund the amount of Cancellation/Return in exchange of wallet currency.
Please follow the path to enable wallet in commerceup: Dashboard> Settings> Wallet Please make sure this is enabled by your account manager.
Customers can redeem wallet credits with their next purchase. Credits can be applied automatically or can be asked by customer to apply via following configuration.
You can also configure limit on redeemable credit. 1. Max Amount Type & Max Amount Value - This will set the maximum amount the user can redeem credits based on the cart value. This can be a % of total cart value or fixed amount. 2. Minimum Order Amount - Allow setting minimum value of cart after which user can redeem credits.
Return Credit Points: If checked, Any cash on delivery order which is accepted for return the refund value of order will be credited automatically to the wallet because we do not have bank accounts. FAQ :
Can you transfer these credits/cashback in bank account? No, This wallet currency which can be treated as Cash/Credits can only be redeemed in online purchases on your store.
Can we see the lifetime cashback of customers to determine loyal customers? Yes, We get the list of customers with top cashback, Customer can also see a credit history in their my wallet page with lifetime earnings.
Can we add any logics to give more cashback on some cashback earning slab? For now, we have not added as in our loyalty program but we have this in the plan to add soon as commerceup feature, You can anytime request at support@commerceup.io
What else is there in a loyalty program? Currently, we have wallet cashback only, apart from this we have the feature of enabling free shipping for loyal customers. You can add email ids of loyal customers to allow free shipping for them.
