As we all know, a dashboard is an important part of any e-commerce store. You can easily get a snapshot view of your business & drive into your most important data. What's a CommerceUp Dashboard for? 1. To Track & Analyze core elements of your e-commerce businesses

What are the different features of CommerceUp Dashboard? To understand how the Dashboard feature works; you should know about Dashboard Settings & how it works. Click on Settings Tab-> Advanced Features->Dashboard Configuration. You can exclude the following settings from the Dashboard configuration. And these settings will work for order statistics, product statistics, and customers data.
What can you do with Order Statistics(Order Summary):
a) You can exclude Marketplace Orders.
b) You can exclude Cancelled & Returned Orders.
c) You can exclude Test orders.
What can you do with Product Statistics:
a) You can exclude Out-Of-Stock products
b) You can exclude In-Active products
What else you can do: You can enter the top categories & brands of your store in below sections. On the dashboard; you can view the data of these particular categories & Brands.
Catalog Statistics
Catalog statistics provides the information of total categories, total SKU’s, total users, last import, total devices, out of stock SKUs, total orders, and total products from starting date to date of your store.
Also known as Lifetime Statistics, it tells you information from the starting date (when your store went live) to current date i.e. today’s date.
Catalog Statistics does not include the information of the products which are deleted from the store. But yes, it includes the data of the products which are out of stock; i.e. the products which are having the quantity '0' & the products which are in inactive state. Inactive state defines when your products are not in active state but they are present in your store & you can enable them as per your need.
2. Order Statistics
Order statistics gives you the overall details of the orders of your customers. You can view the details in this order: Today’s date, Last Week, Current Month, and date wise as shown below:- a) Order Summary:
In Order Summary: You can view the Order Count, Sales value, and ATV value. You can view this detail for today’s date, last week, current month, and for any specific date by selecting the date from Select Date calendar.
Here we are excluding the list of Manual Orders, Cancel & Returned Orders, and Test Orders.
b) Cancelled/Returned
With the help of this table you can easily count the orders which are cancelled & returned. c) Category Breakup:
You can view the data of the top-most category of your store & analyze the most important details. Through this data you don’t need to manually calculate the data of these following fields Here we can see the Category Fragrance where ATV(Average Transaction Value) is 162 AED. You can calculate the ATV value: Total Sales value/Product Sold in Orders 3070 AED/19 AED= 162 AED
d) Brands Breakup:
You can view the data of the top-most brand of your online store. You can view the Average Transaction value of Top most brands. In addition to that; you can view the Sales value, how many products of that particular brand was sold along with how much total quantities sold.
e) Order Status:
Through this table; you can monitor how many orders are confirmed, shipped, delivered, Cancelled, and Returned. As this is a major part of the information for your online store which you can see on CommerceUp Dashboard.
3. Product Statistics:
Through this section; you can easily get the information related to current products, brands, and categories. Each section provides you a specific knowledge as shown below:
a) Product Availability
With the help of this section you can get very important information of your store. You can know how many total products available in your store. Also you can get the data related to total categories, total brands, total SKU's, Total Quantity, In-Stock Products, Out of Stock SKU's, and Total Sold Quantity.
Here we have excluded Out-Of-Stock & Inactive Products from Total Products. You can also do this from Settings->Advanced Features->Dashboard Configuration.
b) Category Breakup
With the help of this table; you can see the following data by breakup the categories. You can only view data of top-most categories by adding them in Settings->Advanced Features->Dashboard Configuration->Top Categories
c) Brands Breakup
Through this table; you can view the data brand-wise. You can view the no products & quantity of all the present brands of your store.
d) Category & Brand Filter
Through this data; you can view the data according to both brand and category filter. You can view the no products & quantity of the selected category of a specific brand.
3. Customer Acquired (Date-wise)
This table provides you a data for total customers, Guest customers, Signed-up customers, Facebook login, and Google login.
You can view this data for today's date, last 7 days, current month, and for any specific date.
4. Your Store Google Statistics:
Through this section; you can view Total Page-views, Total Users, New Users, Total Product Listing page views, Total Product Detail page views, and Cart Unique users.
5. Top-Selling Products
You can view top-selling products for your e-commerce store. And also view how many quantities sold & how many quantities left for all the top-selling products.
