How to import Account Details

If you are going to migrate your customers data from your old website to the new platform, you are at the right place. And, it is possible via a CommerceUp Users Import. This step is very easy to use. You simply have to prepare your CSV sheet with customer data as per CommerceUp user data format & import that CSV. How to Import Customer Data via Import? Follow the below steps to import customers data via Import. Through Import you can add "n" number of customers in CommerceUp Platform within a few minutes. 1. Click on Customers->Users.

2. Click on Import Users tab.

3. Download the Sample CSV. Through that CSV you can import your customers data like First Name, Last Name, Gender, Email, and Mobile No.

4. Import your CSV Sheet. Please keep the same format of column name used in the CSV.

5. Finally click Start Import button.
