Loyal Points are also known as reward points. And these points are earned by the customer. These reward points are the most immediate & long-term solutions to retain customers by rewarding them on points earned by them. 58.7% of Internet users believe earning rewards and loyalty points is one of the most valued aspects of the shopping experience. Undoubtedly, you must have also thought of implementing the same but with a twist of uniqueness!

How Loyal Points will work?

1. Click on Your Apps->Loyal Program.

2. Fill values in the below fields. a) Enter the value of amount for earn(1) point b) Enter the value of points for convert into credits a) Here on the purchase of 2 AED customer will earn 1 point. b) And the value of 10 points is equal to 1 credit. And 1 credit is equal to 1 AED. These points will credit to the customer's wallet once the item is delivered or the return period limit is over depends on the wallet settings.

Take a look at the customer store: Here the customer is buying an item of AED 10. As per the rule on spend of AED 2 customers will get a 1 loyal point. On a spend of 10 AED, a customer will get 5 loyal points.
