A privacy policy is a document telling visitors to your site what information you collect and what you do with that information. In a simple words, it is a short explanation of what you are doing to observe visitors to your website.

A Return , Exchange & Refund Policy is the agreement where you inform customers about your policies regarding returns and refunds.

It usually includes the following pieces of information: 1. How many days they have to return/exchange a product ? 2. How will they receive the refund (credit or replacement) ? 3. If you offer refunds for digital products or in-app purchases ? 4. Who pays for shipping to return the product And so on.

Add a new category (static page) of any policy-

Simply click on add page ( given right side of the page ) and mention title name, description, and then save.
