Order Reminder

As the e-commerce industry continues to expand, the competition is growing at a fast pace too, therefore, it has become very critical for e-commerce marketers to keep their users engaged especially in a time where users can easily switch to different stores. And the best way to bring users back to your stores is by notifying them. By using this feature you will be able to remind your customers who haven't been shopping lately on what they missing out on by sending them an order reminder notification.

Through this feature, you will be able to send a reminder notification to your user when they have not placed any kind of order from X number of days.

1. To enable this, go to Your Apps -> Order Reminder, Click on the Enable Reminder checkbox.

2. Enter the number of days after which you want to send the order reminder. In the example illustrated below, the number of days for the reminder mailer is 30 days.

3. Finally click on the Save button.
