Custom Mailers & SMS both are an important part of any online store. When most people get a text message on their phone, they look at it the right way & treat it as urgent. How To Manage Custom Mailers & SMS To manage custom mailers & SMS for your business; you have to perform the following steps: 1. Click on Settings->Custom Mailer.
2. There is n number of mailers that you can manage for your e-commerce store:
- 1.Customer Sign-Up
- 2.Create Order
- 3.Order Status: Ready To Ship, Shipped, Delivered, Return Order, Return Accept Order, Return Reject Order, and cancel order.
- 4.Forgot Password & Forgot Password Successful
- 5.Guest SignUp,
- 6.Abandoned Cart,
- 7.Order Feedback,
- 8.Credits Added, Welcome Sign-Up Credits, and Credits Added via Platform.
- 9.Order Invoice & Shipping Label.
- Mailers Preview Through the Mailers Preview tab; you can check how the mailer will look to your customers. What you have to do: a) Chose the mailer from the Select Mailer dropdown menu. b) Paste your HTML & click on the "View" button to view the mailer preview.
3. You can also manage SMS for your Customers. You can manage: Customer SignUp, Create Order, Order Status: Ready to Ship, Shipped, Delivered, Cancel Order, Return Order, Return Accept Order, and Return Reject Order SMS for your customers.
